Dots, Dots, and a Pleated Leather Skirt

I've been hunting for a leather skirt for a while and had more or less ruled out anything that wasn't genuine leather due to my dislike of the plastic-like texture of most faux leather materials. To my surprise, I found this leather mini-skirt at H&M (in the Divided section) and was immediately enamored of it. The faux leather doesn't feel like vinyl, the shape is pretty and flattering, and the pleats give it a little something extra. I have a feeling this skirt is going to be appearing often in my sartorial rotation this spring!

  6. I'm loving dots lately and always love pleats - what a great combo! That shirt is amazing, I want it! The entire look is so chic. The tights are perfect with this and I love that bright nail color.

  7. I love the outfit. Did you have to make any alterations to the skirt?

    1. Nope! No alterations necessary. I think this would be a tough one to alter, and I probably wouldn't have bought it if that were the case. I also actually went up a size so I could comfortably tuck in sweaters and layered shirts.
